I changed the size/shape, added interfacing, and squared off the flap. I'm still having trouble with the right side, and I obviously need a lesson in patchwork placement, but it's getting there!
Kawaii-ne!! (that's "cute" in Japanese compliments of Maki's lesson - not sure if I have spelled it correctly)... I like the first one. It has more personality in the asymetry. But great job on both! May I put in an order? :) Great seeing you guys over New Years.
i love these! you need to make a bunch of them and market them to preggers ladies that need a little sachel to stuff in their diaper bag. this is the perfect size for shoving a lipstick, some cash and some sort of hair tie.

I'm a mom, wife and grad student living near Philadelphia. I'm hoping to finish the PhD thing SOON so I can concentrate on mom-ing my sweet little boy.
