CSA week 21
There are only two more CSA Saturdays left! What are we going to do all winter?? I'm wishing we had a giant chest freezer; if we did I would cook like crazy and store it all away until next May.
carrots, (a lot of) bok choy, pears, chicken/feta/spinach sausage, a pumpkin, chocolate milk, cherry tomatoes, butternut squash, and cheese. My brother and SIL are in Florida for the week so we get the full share.
Butternut squash, leek and potato soup + a bit of sour cream. I'm so glad soup weather has finally arrived. Carrot ginger is up next.
